Who ever sold the car on such a cheque is a bigger fool, Even a child knows a bank accont can be opened by Rs.1000,
Either give the car and dont hand over the documents or hand over the documents but not the car unless the payment is cleared.
Just read the article it seems as if someone wrote the whole article to full fill a formality.
A guy turned upto me from Islamabad, and was interested in my ex-car, He made some one from karachi visit my car, my car wasnt cleared from the bank the guy said il make the payment, (20k less then the deal) and take the car and transfer the car to islamabad through a truck, When the car is clear on papers, we can exchange the papers and remaining 20k)
