Very low mileage of mehran on Gas

i have installed brand new lendi renzo cng kit with 50 kg EKC cylinder and it is consuming too much gas

brothers i need your expert advice to cope with this issue.

it is doing 70 to 80 km in city

yet i have not tried it on high way.

what to do now?

i have spent 42 to install CNG and still no benefit from it?

please give me your advice

Go to toyata motors peco road kot lakhpat. There are good mechanics shops around it. One is infront of treet blade factory! Named 4F motors or something, they guy's name is irfan.

this can be only tuning issue. However car model also matter in it. Overall first you need to tune your car from proper mechanic. It should be give 95 km. Here one thing also important. You need to top up your cng cylinder from any good cng station. Proper Gas weight matters alot for good milage

but still Average is too much low on CNG

Tell me in how much rupees your CNG tank full? if it is Rs.465 - Rs.525

then may be CNG DIAFORM fault. if less than Rs.465 then change yours CNG station....Because it has very LOW pressure....

i have CUORE it has done 150+ in City ....and 190+ on Motorway.

at 220 pressure 8.5 to 9 kilo is filled (50 Kg cylinder)

today morning at 180 pressure 6 kg was filled

when complete cylinder is filled it does 80 km

i have not checked on high way still

what to do now

Very Simple go to Canal Road at Morning WIth 1 CNG cell and Check your Car Average.

Did you do the basics.. when I newly bought my car i faced a similiar problem with company fitted CNG. so here it goes:

• Check your air filter (clean it/ or replace it)
• Check your plugs + plug wires
• check Timing belt
• Gas tuning (computerized is better)
• Gas Adjustment (the small knob under the gas gauge)
• Make sure the Gas is not leaking (from behind + where they put the nozzle for refilling... ) because the cylinder valve is made to handle a pressure of 200 bars not more.
