Viberation while applying brakes? will inspection deductall such faults?

Well, we are just trying to buy a car model 2012-16 and before buying i just tested the car by driving, i like overcall features told by seller but i did a very small drive and just while applying breaks i fell a vibration in my body.

Its like (brakes pads voice OR jaisay loya ragar raha ho apas main )

Its like some thing viberating from paddle to my body and if i take out foot it gone but might be other not felling it and when i ask for that , he says its normal and it happens in such cars and its due to charging,

i know mechanic can tell us better but as i did not own that car so i cannot take it to mechanic and just making test from other can cost me a lot so just want to know is it normal (ofcurse i will do pakwheel or similar inspection inshahALLAH befor buing) but is that something worry or its normal

and will inspection by pakwheel or similar company can detect and tell me all such faults even which i did not notice

Never get influenced by what the seller says, all car sellers lie when selling. The car has warped brake discs, caused when you either don't change your brake pads on time or a bad lathe job on the discs. It is an easy fix. but the bigger question is why does the owner not know his car has bad discs? It also means that either the owner shied away from regular maintenance, or got his car fixed by a monkey.

Thanks for clarification and that what i was thinking off , as i have mira at the moment and i remember i am getting same viberation type voices and once i change discs / pads issue solved, not sure owner said that it was due to charging ? that strange , but no doublt owner was well educated and look very honest, might be he also have lack of knowledget but thanks look like it disc issue only

yes apparently looks like a bad lathe job. Happened with me as well very recently (was scammed by a suspension/brake guy) who would not accept his mistake. A visit to another guy resolved the issue. Since brake pads were new, the lathe job etc costed 1.0-1.5k only.

hybrid cars are a scam if bought in used
the amount u save in fuel is nothing compared to the price of
junk yard ABS unit or batteries when the dash lights lit up
a weeks back ABS unit rate for 2008 prius
1.5 lacs with fitting...1 month warranty

what u witnessed was worn out discs and warped rotors in test drive.
will surely be pin pointed if pakwheels report if owner lets them drive it

Thanks and as per seller they just change ABS , so i believe it should be break pad and so. thanks for your nice comments
