Salam all, I have a 2004 Suzuki cultus, brought it a year back. Recently overhauled its engine. After a few weeks a trembling sound started in 1st and 2nd gear when the clutch is half released. I got all foundations changed once again, got silencer checked thoroughly if its touching the body, gear tension rod checked. Shocks changed, wheel alignment done, Fry-wheel, clutch plate and pressure plate was installed new when the engine was prepared. After all these repeated changes the sound is still there. Recently a mechanic said may be the pressure was not properly built among clutch and pressure plates. I once again got them prepared and changed the clutch plate, the sound is still there. It is a clear and loud vibration which is under the whole front portion. The only thing left now is to get the steering stuff checked and bushes etc changed. What is your expert advice on this, i have already spent more than 15000 for all this repeated maintenance!
