Vibration in XLI at slow speed

When i converted XLI to CNG, its rpm dropped to around 700 and slight vibrating sound started coming from dash board. Vibration disappeared immediately when speed is increased.
However after 1-2 months, now when ever i press accelerator , at 1200 rpm dash board vibrates and persists at same rpm. Its a new XLI and sound is irritating when driving at slow speed. I have checked with Toyota motors but still problem is there, any solution...

u sure its not the cassetes or coins in the dash making the sound. actually the dash is also low quality. i witnessed untidy gaps in vents etc in brand new cars.

I think fuel quality would also have a little to do with this. My XLi used to sometimes shut down during idle since there was all this kachra in the fuel (it's very common in ISB to get scammed in fuel)
Yours is CNG, so i don't know, that may not be the problem with your car...

CNG k saath waisay yeh hota hai...

I think tuning karwani parey gi but i'm not a CNG expert...

i am sure there r no coins etc which are producing sound. I have carried out tuning as well,,but no improvement. I'll try to change cng gas supply pressure/flow, may be it helps......
What is your petrol consumption in local area? Mine have been doing 7 km /ltr when it was new, that was too low in my opinion
Can you recommend some good tyres? I am using the originals and the car always skids if i apply hard brakes above 70.....

have your engine mounts inspected, as well as your clutch/pressure plate/bearing.

i have 2005 civic exi and mine problem is also same and my car is not on cng...i asked some1 for this.. he said u should check throttle body... help please...

DUDE IF YOUR CAR VIBRATES ON PETROL AND NOT ON CNG THEN I CAN'T GIVE ANY SOLUTION BUT IF YOUR CAR VIBRATES ON CNG AND NOT ON PETROL THEN THE PROBLEM LIES WITHIN THE CNG INSTALLATION AND SETTINGS

HAVE IT CHECKED BY A PROPER CNG CENTRE

Increase the speed of cng kit with the screw adjusjter on the cng kit n the problem will be solved.

i have the same problem in my Se saloon ... but dash doesnt vibrates ... da whole car does ... not dat its acceleration noise ... but its some vibration on whole car ... i can feel it ...

As posted above, i havent checked engine mounting and clutch plate...
Problem is with CNG only, not with petrol

If i increase the speed by screw at CNG kit, vibration disappers above 1200 rpm, but 1200 rpm idle speed is not recommended, it should be lower

CNG kit is not computerized, it has manual adjustments

Who is the expert CNG mechanic in Lahore,,,or in multan (i often visit multan)?
