Vibrations related to automatic transmission 1KD-FTV Toyota Hilux(Thai)

Dear learned PW seniors....I am experiencing a peculiar vibration from the auto tranny of my 2012 hilux vigo 3.0.
The scenario goes like this "when the overdrive is engaged at the speed of precisely 78kph with light throttle...the rpms revert back to 1500 and suddenly I'm experiencing shudder/vibrations from my drivetrain....but as the vehicle exceeds about 90 kph or if I manually downshift to D-3, only then vibrations somehow phase out"
Have got my auto transmission fluid and filter replaced last month but problem still persists....
Your personal opinions plus a recommendation of a good transmission mechanic in Lahore would be great and appreciated

Salam, in my experience with 4x4s, the best guy for diagnostics and repair is Mr. Osama (03214106898). He is a Pw member by the ID of syncview and has a garage in garden town.

You can read reviews on his work quality in various forums on this website.

what ATF was used?

how much ATF was changed?

Did this happen after some event like fording some water?

btw - what you are experiencing is called TCC shudder - it feels like you are driving on rumble strips.

Thankyou to all respected Pakwheelers...let me elaborate
I have got my driveshaft, bracket checked...all bearings replaced with OEMs...mounts are all good....and I used Zic ATF 3 qnty:8.5 liters
It must have something to do with the transmission because as soon as I downshift, vibrations seems to flatout....but obviously rpms do increase...or in case I exceed 90kms.
@Xulfiqar...thanks a lot Sir I'll check more about this TCC shudder.

your problem is the wrong ATF you used in it. Im sure your truck takes T-IV or even WS ATF, which are a highly friction modified ATF, ZIC III is plain dexron 3

dexron 3 will shift ok - but will cause vibration when the converter clutch starts to apply and also deapply.

On higher gear and low speed there is very less vibration and its inherent in hilux. Thats what i feel

Ahaan...there could be something wrong with the oil....I didn't do much research back then...
I hope the vibrations are not from the transfer case...what is your take on this part!!!

Bhai mera bhi yahi vigo gai or same problem . Mene bhi check krwaya hai kuch smjh ni lag rahi k kya msla hai proper wheel alignment or balancing bhi krwai hai . Ab mechanic kh raha iss ki kangi leak hai . Koi keh raha iss k wheel teery hain . Agr kisi bhai ko pta ho to plz contact me 0320-6459410
