I bought is brand new Corolla Altis 1.6 in mid 2020 from Karachi with you know some extra to pay to get hold of your car.
Kept on sending it for maintenance. In early 2021, they just said there is a fuel pump to be replaced by the company free of charge for you, I said ok, but why it's being changed at the first place. They said, it's being charged to upgrade your fuel pump. I categorically asked them, would it increase my fuel mileage, he said no, but it will maintain it as per the past.
Then lately, like this week, when I started off my vehicle, this Alpine Android system didn't start. It showed Toyota logo, then Alpine, then System upgrade and it never started.
Few of the times only, it shows me back Camera view, but mostly I'm blind.
I called few contacts in Toyota Sharah e (don't wanna name them), since they've quite cooperative, this guy said, come over from 9am-6pm work days. Your system has to be upgraded. I said what the ****, it's always connected, why shall I come to get it upgraded from you guys. He said, sir since it's under 100k kms and 3yrs warranty, come over sometime and the system will be upgraded/upgraded within an hour.
I've been however quite disturbed with it since I can't actually spare time during workdays have it fixed while I'm at least a frequent user of navigation and radio.
