Views required on Lancer Automatic on CNG

Dear Fellows
I want to get install CNG in my A/T Lancer but since its CVT i am afraid that CNG might ruined the transmission. I need the views from users of Lancer should i get installed CNG in it or not. I have seen some OEM CNG fitted lancers and they are running fine.

Dear, CVT has nothing to do with CNG.I have Honda city vario and when I bought this car every mechanic and pakwheel's member was telling me not to install CNG coz it will destroy CVT gear box.my car has been running fine on CNG since 2009.you just have to be careful in advancer and emulator.DONT install advancer+emulator (2 in 1 unit).install map 2 advancer in which TPS is not connected.change CVT oil on 20000 KMs and engine oil on 3000KMs.your car should not give any jerk on D mode on CNG , if its giving then there is something wrong with advancer.

i have seen conventional auto boxes blown away because of cng
risk is definitely higher on CVT

like my friend who blew the auto box of altis said,
jitnay paisay cng bar bachay
us say ziada ka auto box dalna para

Yesterday saw a Thai Accord getting CNG in my area
It had green gov. plates and the driver was getting CNG like a boss
DMC offered lancer Gvs too in both gl and glx trims but im not sure that those cars had
if i were you i'd rather not risk messing up the tranny if anything goes wrong it wont be an easy or cheap fix

Easy. Sell the petrol off, get CNG=Pocket money. There is a place near my house, most trucks and cars, rental ones and Gov. go there, get fuel drained, cash on the spot then fuel sold off privately. I have been offered petrol for 70-80 Rupees per liter, but I rather get it from the pump.

i was thinking the same but still accord wid green plates dont need to do that seriously, not every1 is offered such cars
most of the people just get cash directly against their fuel

actually the plates were not issues by the gov. thats why i said like a boss (H)
Alot of cars in karachi are running on fake plates new cars running on 10-15 years old issues plates
