In actual fact, probably the closest you can get to a Japanese muscle car are the various local-market V8 saloons. Even though their engines were rather small for their body size, they produce very good power outputs. GS400/430, IS-F maybe, the odd V8 Infiniti? ^o). But it's really stretching things very far. I wouldn't consider them to be muscle cars per se.

What an amazing thread. The Nawab of Bahawalpur and his collection was of particular interest. May the heritage of our country be preserved. Members of the VCCCP have exceptional knowledge of vintage cars. I have a Willys MB Jeep 1942-45. If vintage jeeps are allowed on this thread I can post a few pics and narrative of how I brought this vehicle to life.

Mohsin... nice to see you posting the pics of the Mustangs... especially the ones with the non standard wheels. This is what I generally do change on some cars.... the 70s sport coupes....The Z is going to have 17 inch five spoke wheels....

funny car....champ......a chassis and shell that can handle that much torque(in the pik, u see the front in the air) is far from funny.
put that ina not so funny ca(in ur opinion) and ul hava twisted chassis and virtually shattered bodyshell.
@Mohsin bhai....yep words cant do justice to the beauty of the 2+2 '65 'stang.mohsin bhai...ive mad up my mind, please ask ur mechanic freind hu came that day(the bearded one) to take me to see the mustang he was talking about.il drop by this weekend again:)...
to see how the lady in red is catching up:)

I was googling Mustang images and found this yellow one so attractive that I had to share it with you all. The '65 Mustang fastback is so beautiful even with mod after-market wheels. I would have preferred 15 inch period style - steel wheels though.

This was taken yesterday....rear fittings are complete as well. Door/quarter window glass is left which should be done tomorrow. Not happy with many things but then one has to compromise on so many things.....will have to get new bumpers as these have sort of gone out of shape due to frequent chrome plating process.

this was taken today.....the car will be painted black / silver i.e. the upper body silver and lower body black. This was the orig combo. The car looking good in primer but not sure how would it look once it's painted. ....
