the last picture is in lahore too. was passing by and saw the 2 cars so took the pic they also have a 1934 austin in amazing condition

actually a year back.......i saw this type of citroen in blue color..at gulshan area ...but my mistake i went late....and car sold out to another person...in just 40k ...that hydraulic suspension was also workin...

some more info on that CX would be appreciated. I know this much that it was brought into Pakistan by late Khawaja Rehman ex-CE Dawn. It was bought by Imad who sold it to someone who took it Lahore. Let me know if it is available.

@mohsinikram ...yes sir the citroen is for sale .....nice car needs some work ...the time i went to see it the car was out of order.....the guy who took me there told me the guy has another citroen as well which according to him is an older model

I'd like to keep my comments to myself lest I hurt anyone's feelings, specially asad and romano who are very good friends and diehard VW fanatics. The only VW's I find desirable are the early splits and oval...also microbus split window. Anything other than that has to be impeccably maintained to deserve any appreciation. The one above certainly has a modified front but asad would be able to give you correct info.

The silver Citroen was up for sale a few years back at Allied Eng (CAT Guys).It was up for open bid the distributor cap was missing so the engine or hydros could not be checked.

i haven't seen the double cabin but the mechanic told me that it was for sale and the guy is expecting 100k for it and it has a diesel engine and is in running condition. will try to see the VW tomorrow.

as far as the citroen is concerned it is for sale and evrything works and i dont think it is in that bad shape it is owned by a doctor. he was demanding 900k but now the chowkidar told me that he is demanding 500k i think he would let it go for a reasonable price. the older citroen he had is sold it was green in color i dont exactly know the model but it looked something like a beetle. could not get the number as the owner is not in pakistan . he has a mechanic who looks after the cars for him.

the cars in the last pic are not for sale and the pic is taken in lahore and near my house. the guy also owns a brown 560 slc in amazing condition and a 1934 austin which looks nice too. tried to meet him but uncle is always busy.

Well i think its on sale bcz its standing on a road side showroom. I will ask the price tomorrow. Its location is G-9 Markaz ( Karachi Company ), Islamabad.
