you keep coming up with amazing pictures from Pindi/Islamabad. Is that a Daimler or a Jag XJ6 just on the rear left of the big and ugly Daimler. The red one looks like a kit car...th eone next to the big Daimler looks like a BMW.

I think its a jag xj6,do u kno any xj12.I only know of one diamler double six.
In my early post,thrs also a cadillac eldorado convertible in the first pic.

here is another interesting pic its of state bank head office in the 60s look at the number of cars enlarge the image and see what you can identify some of the more prominent cars you can see is a light blue what looks like a fiat topolino a black car that looks like a buick but is a bit small not sure though and you can also see what seems to be an oval beetle next to another beetle in the lower car parking where the pic ends.lets see what you guys can find in fact let this be a compitition who ever guesses the most cars correct will get a vintage model car from me.

last weeks updates on the mini. As you can see the final touches were being made. The previous owner had gone in for a shaved look. The one problem was that in the rain the water would run onto the side windows... I am having the seam welds and strips put back in again.

The doors are going to be hung tomorrow. Also a fresh MR2 pic... this car is for sale to anyone interested... last unmolested MR going for a song.... about the price of a Khyber.

Also the rotting hulks... these are almost certainly in Lahore.... mad mali... probably....most of the cars may not be worth rescuing. Also I heard at one time that these were mostly smuggled... dont know the truth of this!

got new lights,new windscreen, chrome door handles, new sports arches, chrome monza fuel filler cap, new seals, door sills ...chrome with Mini cooper stamped on them.....even the alloy centre caps... just forgot to get the chrome wipers... will order these tomorrow.

keep the pics coming.... yes, there's atleast one XJ12 in Karachi which is an ex-Faisalabad car. It was in my use for a few months. I love the white Daimler u posted.
