Vespas are very popular with expats here in Isb. I have heard of a German gentleman who is restoring and exporting them . If you want a VB (early mid 60s), better hurry (H)
I have done two, yellow, and orange. Runs great!

yeah i saw pics of the lamby sent you a couple of emails regarding parts and how much you bought it for just so i could get a idea the one im after is the same model i think ,didnt get any reply. did you send the chinese company a email?

Ive heard the old school boys preffer lambretta over Vespa since it has the engine mounted in the middle unlike side mounted engine on Vespa giving it more stability around corners.
I once saw a Baloch guy racing his Vespa on highway and he gave me a few tough minutes to overtake him on my 2.8 diesel.That was the day i got impressed with Vespas.

sorry i didnt recieved mails, well I bought it from a friend so money was not a issue, but you can get it from 8000 to 20000 depend on the condition and model .
regarding parts major parts are available here if its not then india is a huge market for these bikes. anybody can get there.

thanks for the rough idea oh good i might be going to india in dec hope to get a lamby before i go so i can get some parts. yeah i would like a vespa as well well if i had money to spare i would restore a lamby to factory specs have a vespa in factory spec one with truck art

the vespa's with the front fender mounted headlamp came from 1946 through 1952. dont know if one would be able to find any of them in pakistan these days, romano, what are the chances?

a german gentleman restores and sells them abroad. haha. wow that sounds like fun. i think a trip down to islamabad is in order. plus that is the key isnt it, they are ideal for islamabad, but karachi i am not so sure. what does this german chap do for parts? are the raja walay able to help?

a little bird tells me he buys from the raja group factory up north..
Isb IS ideal for vespas and bikes, and we kick cars that get too close. biker boots are a must! 8-|

Romano you were the first one to get it right. It is a Cushman. I wanted to make one and mount it on my MB jeep. But could not find one.

I have bought a Suzuki scooter 49cc. I am told that it does not require registration or a license under the excise and taxation rules. Could someone let me know if this is correct!
