Ah yes CPR had to be carried out on me Storm!

They look great but Am not sure if they would bolt onto the split. In any case I hope the 'tweak' is minor and easily reversible to both the car and the units.

once I have the parts from the brothers, no. plates, papers etc. I "ll start a new thread. The semaphores I found are for british cars...I have devised a way where neither semaphore nor the car will be spoiled. Will tell u when we meet. Meanwhile search is on for parts.

today, i.e. Sunday - I will be taking my Healey out for a test drive in the morning, need to analyse an abnormal sound coming from the rear...also to check overdrive. Besides that, we 'll be working on the Peugeot and doing some cleaning of my work area. Enthusiasts are welcome to visit.

close but its not a chevy it a 49 pontiac stream liner sedan the only diffrence between the chevy and the pontiac were trim badges and minor details.

thankyou ,to tell you the truth though i just knew of the body style which is the same on the 49 cadillac,buick.chevrolet and pontiac had to do just a wee bit of googling as i also thought it was a chevy at first sight

I read somewhere a while ago that there was a product available to "seal" rusty tanks. It was a two-part solution that was mixed and swilled inside the reservoir in question. It's not an anti-rust agent, it just seals the rust in and makes a fuel-tight layer. I'm not sure if it's available locally.

My bike painter is using two stage process , first he will use some kind of antirust and then he is using a silver type of material for internal paint type process.

i brought along a toyota 2JZ engine+tranny when i moved back to pak from dubai.

i got it put on a wooden crate and strapped tightly, especially from the tail. then they wrapped it in v thick cellophane which has made it virtually inaccessible and safe from mice even after 1.5 yrs!

i saw some crates in the north karachi timber market, but i'm sure u can also get 'em from some other accessible area.

try those shipping agents i'm sure they'll be able to help you out
