I understand what all of us feel regarding the molestation of these vintage vehicles by OL but the thing is he is no longer at the age where he could move around busting his brains with mechanics and yes now the question comes then why doesn't he sell them in that case they might be of sentimental value to him and though that also does not justify why he has the cars in that condition at least he isn't sending them abroad or molesting them beyond recognition. As for the DS I am pretty sure it is not in OL's possession.

Many moons ago a pic was posted on this very thread that had a couple of old American metal in some factory in KHI . I am pretty sure I had a glimpse of a DS in one of the pics.

i used to own this daihatsu....well its not a berlina its a daihatsu comapghno spider 1966
....
i sold it to a guy who came from karachi to buy it from me his name was ali siddique...
he changed his cell number and im searching fot it ever since,,,,
i cant beleive what theyve done to my car........hurts to c it in such a condition

everything from the dials to the roof was original and working with the exception of the engine only...
im looking for a preferably 60s convertible since than...but couldnt find one...please if u now of any for sale plz let me know

This is the first time im posting you sir... have been seeing your post on classic cars and all i can say is tht "im impressed " i have been seeing you here since 2 years now... im planning on restoring a Nissan 280zx we had the same car back in 98 it was a 280 in line 6 very mint condition due to some odd circumstances had to dispose it off now im in the mood to restore one if i know one in a decent body im also an ethusiastic i have a 1200 economy VW beetle 1969 in islamabad excellent condition and a classic lover too ... thought you ll be the best person to help me out here please let me know if you have something in store for me im waiting on your post or you can also e mail me at fawaz.siddique@gmail.com .
