This is fascinating... i have trying to see the pics uploaded for the last 24 hours and could not see them and now they all appear... computers i suppose. this is why classic cars are better.

the Evo is showing a check light which is an emissions problem and the AYC pump has given up...and the rx8 wheel bearings gave out and these are only available with the hubs and speed sensors and cost a pretty penny... have got them....USA and the internet Zindabad... but means the Alfa weatherstrip budget has gone out through the window for the time being.

Classics any day of the week especially in spring in Lahore with a drop top.

..but then these do not have Airconditioning... mostly... so I want an MX5

found a couple of neat vintage Karachi pics on the net these two are the ones that I can clearly guess out what the wheels are this pic is of a couple of air force officers and next to them is a late 50s Lambretta Ld does any one know what year exactly the KAC registration is from and also what year would a KAO registration be

Auczcar is a great site. Isnt it?? I have the ZG fender flares imported from the US courtesy Waleeds Family. I am not sure now that I want to put them on.. as it would require large wheels and quite a lot of disturbance to the track and making the handling worse.

I am putting on 225 50 tyres but with 16 inch wheels of the same design as you can see in the pics... but the ones on the car are 17 inch at the moment. Standard are 15 inch.

the lines are coming out quite beautifully arent they. the next phase is about to start. The interior is going to take some doing. interestingly the chap who had the car before had removed the wiper motor and the wiper mechanism..... what do people do??? but then we are experts at the amateur.

the progress on the alfa gtv front suspension.
however this is temporary to get it on the road. parts have been delivered from centerline alfa... complete front suspension and rear suspension including poly bushes. the adjustable Konis will be delivered next week...

the car goes on the road and then the bodywork begins

your mx5 is awesome.... only thing is getting it to Pakiland. we have the "representatives of the people" in power. They just want their SUVs/ landcruisers and chasing toyota twincabins so will have to wait i suppose.
