I have made a deal to buy romano/asad 's VW 1968 model which they saved from being cut up. This is going to be my first VW project which I am taking up for my son as he is going to be 16 this Septemer Inshallah and is already driving independently. This is nothing to be proud of as I feel I am being very irresponsible for allowing him to drive but dont know how to handle this teenage son of mine.

Wow! I think my dad needs some brain-washing from u so he lets me take-up this passion in my vacations.

very difficult for the camaro....although a cousin of mine who happens to be related by marriage to the owners is trying... the problem is there are tricky females in between......the cousins mother and her sisters etc... very very tricky... it took me four to five for the Alfa spider

speaking of T-Birds, there's a 1969 Ford Thunderbird Landau rotting away in one of the defense commercial areas, i think theres a picture of it in this thread too. Apparently the owner has everything for it, interior, engine, trans, trim, lights etc etc, when i spoke to him some two years ago he said this along with the fact that it was originally red. he went on to say that he'd restore it and sell it for 6lakh if the buyer wanted, or he'd sell it as is where is with all parts for 4lakh if i recall correctly.

sir you'll be happy to know that the 1983 Alfa Spider i spoke to you about is ready and running about the streets of Karachi once in a while. It's still at the shop though and the twin carbs are being adjusted. It is however not for sale, and i don't think it will be for a long long time if ever. Thanks for your help with it.

got the ride of my lifetime in this CLASSIC (new) Audi R8 V10 by a proff race driver.....it was a track day at the Thurxton Race Course near Andover, UK. Beat the hell out of Ferraris, Aston Martins etc....fast, mean machine

I am working on 2 projects at the moment but InshAllah It will see the light of day in due time. I mainly like 75 or older cars (pre somg) because of strict smog laws.
