Unfortunately no idea where in France.The person I sold the car then sold it on to this person who was a diplomat at the French Embassy in Islamabad, this was around 1985 or so. After completing his term in Pakistan he took the car back with him as wanted to have it restored back home.
The next time you see a Flaminia Touring Convertible ask the owner if it has a Pakistan connection!!

Seeing the age and rarity of the car, I wouldn't be too sure of seeing the car in the open. I'll check some classic car forums to see if there are any Flaminia Touring Convertibles around. Still, I hope it's still a runner. It'd be a shame to see it in any other state.

THIS ALFA HAS BEEN WASTED....THIS IS A 20 YEAR OLD PIC IN MY HOUSE. THE CAR WAS LATER 70 % RESTORED WITH ENGINE AND SEATS REMAINING. THE ENGINE WAS WITH THE LATHE GUY AND SEATS IN CAR. ALL GUAGES INTACT, CLOCK KNOBS ETC. NOW THE CAR IS SOMEWHERE ON HIGHWAY AT MARATHON CONSTRUCTION CO. PROJECT SITE. THW OWNER IS NOT WILLING TO EVEN TALK ABOUT IT,

this was a totally complete car when it came to Karachi .... then stuff started to disappear and now there's just a rolling shell with remains of the body are left. I spoke to the owner last night, he will send me some pics as soon as he is able to take them. Car is out of Karachi. Will try and salvage it for some deserving owner.

this was sent to me by an enthusiast in Karachi. He was goven this pic by someone who lives in Lahore and claims to know where the car is. He claims that the car is in a big house in the outskirts of Lahore, the owner is dead and the son is not interested in cars. He claims that the son wants 1 crore but that he can get it for my friend for 6.5 million. He wants 5 lacs as his commission. car is registered in Vehari he claims...had another pic cant locate it

What exactly do you mean by the outskirts of Lahore? the new societys or the Inner city? Because i've heard of a merc with an inline 6 before, didnt get the chance to follow up.
