Mohsin, I remember the renault movie. It was a 60s movie called "Do Raha". The car was in a song with Shamim Ara behin the wheel on the road to Murree with Waheed Murad singing from the back of a pickup. The renault had a Karachi number KAE + 3 digits. Since the movie was B&W, all I can say about the car's colour is that it was light.

Here's a 1941 Chrysler Thunderbolt, apparently one of only six built by LeBaron. It was designed by Alex Tremulis, formerly of Cord.

I love microbus. There are two splitscreens that I have seen. One on Burns Road and the other nearby Urdu Bazaar - ofcourse Karachi. Will try and take pics today and post them here. One of them I think is being used as as a school bus.

The red '57 Belair convertible belongs to Javaid Ansari who has done a fantastic restoration job. That car was almost a lost cause but now is one of the flagship cars of our club i.e. VCCCP.

Imad's '57 is also rest....well sort of ready but I haven't seen him using it. I think he is importing some cosmetic parts.
