the above behemoth is hardly a classic.its a Chrysler/dodge from the late 70s. isn't even considered trash

is it possible for someone to bring in a classic car from a scrapyard by declarin it as scrap if it is actually scrap? does anyone here know what teh process is?
I think I know what you have in mind ... when you buy a scrap but complete car you get registration papers with it too....once the car is scraped to pieces the registration papers are submitted in the excise dept.
