The van today...after a rub down and wax polishing
The car in the background of the second picture is an Austin A35, maybe an early fifties model. I'm in the process of restoring one. The thread is in the DIY section.
Thank you for putting up such a great picture. Will frame it for the wall right behind where my Austin is parked!
@nmsheikh Fiat looks super.....I 'll bring my 500 to Isb this winters to do some motoring alongside this van....
Great write up and kudos to you guys for making it happen!!
and I see my Beetle is still no where near complete (white one in the background)
This van really is a jem!!!! The engine looks quite original especially the water pump and radiator setup. Its butchered by dealer saab on my 600 with a desi radiator and no water pump??? but thankfully I was able to acquire all the correct bits.
Can't wait for the next update!!
I was blessed with my first Grandchild on 6th March. So when the time came to take him home, his Dad choose to take him home in the three pointed star (both cars belonging to his friends) like I had taken him in my 230 in 1981.How time flies.
The first picture is the bundle of Joy !!
Congratulations once again! must be a great feeling to have your first grand child.....

I think these vintage trucks also deserves some attention before they are scraped!
Here is my gr8 grand fathers chevy belair, its almost brand new, and has plastic cover on the seats from the company, is in original state and colour
its in my family since ever.....
