Love RIT92, such a nice patina car. Whats with the T registration though? I thought this letter was reserved for transport vehicles only? And check out the beer bottles under the Jag! Great shot!

I believe the two digit numbers were issued to private cars regardless. I had IDS 35 which too was a transport series for Islamabad

1948 right hand drive dodge 100% operational & original the guy is 3rd generation owner of this vehicle still with the old black ground number plate he lives in US visits home once a year

Romano... point noted.....I had asked for exactly the same... fuel line as far away form the exhaust as possible. I had it routed on the right side of the engine bay though. The xhaust manifold is on the left.Only the tank is on the left and the exhaust runs down the centre and to the left.... will check and get corrected.

The car had its first tracking and alignment done yesterday.... Hopefully this week. Need to have it out for my birthday....

this Chevy is for urgent sale ... its a 1965 Impala 4 door hardtop (pillarless) 6 cyll with floor shift manual transmission (originally column shift)

This Duster belongs to a really close friends cousin.

Details are as follows,

Plymouth Duster, 1970 model, original 198cu 3.2L inline 6-cylinder slant 6 engine, 3-speed factory automatic gearbox, Rawalpindi registered, 17'' wheels with Kumho tires, twin-tone maroon & white paint-job, all white interior. Apart from the after-market odometer and guages everything is original. No alterations or modified parts of any sort as per what he has told me.

The tail lamps are present (they were in the trunk).

Price: He is asking 500,000 and is expecting to let the car go to the person with the best offer.

Just a minor observation...the Chrysler Slant Six engine did indeed come in a 170 cubic inch capacity (2.8 Litres). You were spot on about the Duster having a 3.2 Litres Slant Six...but this is a 198 cubic inch engine rather than 170 cubic inches.

"The 198 was introduced in the North American market for model year 1970 as a more powerful base-model engine than the previous 170 engine. The increased displacement gave improved vehicle performance and lower manufacturing cost, for it was achieved with the tall RG block also used with the 225 engine by installing a crankshaft with 3.64 in (92.5 mm) stroke and connecting rods 7.006 in (178.0 mm) long, for an actual displacement of 198.3 cu in (3.2 L). In this manner, manufacturing costs were eliminated that had been caused by previously using two different blocks for the two different available sizes of slant-6 engine. The 198 engine was available through the 1974 model year."

I'd disagree, respectfully. Karachi is very much the "Mecca" of classic cars, in Pakistan. In the rest of the country, we're hard put up to see ANYTHING other than "Hundas" and "Cowrollas"
