Salams @ all!
Nice to see some pics of the mini meet here. Unfortunately my camera had 'battery blues' and could snap only 4 pics. Sigh!
It was a very last minute sort of thing for me as we came in with Romano.
@ MohsinIkram:
Thanks for the warm welcome! Never expected to be recognised and remembered so well. I wish I could post regularly here but unfortunately something or the other turns up. Will try my best though.
@ KC
Thanks for everything, just LOVED the Fiat 1500T. It was an honor to take a ride in a piece of history. I must ask you to have a feature on this car put up in any Classic car magazine of world standards. It would be right at home amongst the most original cars' coverage. The Rolls also deserves a place or rather a front cover feature. Admired the way its lovingly stored and displayed, fit for a car of its stature. Can never forget the way the headlights really dip!!
@ all others present there (including Hamza, Razi, Dewan)
Thanks for everything.
I dont think the owner of the 1949 Fiat is on Pakwheels. Would have loved if he was here. Such a gentleman, he takes pride in showing his car just about to anyone who takes an interest. Never hesitates to talk and discuss things in detail.
@ Romano
Of course you are the one I should be thanking the most along with special appreciation of letting Danyal, my cousin join in. Hes on Pakwheels but only lurks due to his busy office hours.
