Yes, it is called "you get what you pay for". Unless, you get a complimentary upgrade somehow.

Emergency exit rows but usually these cant be pre assigned and issued to someone who can open the door in case of emergency.

You can have window on emergency exit but it varies from plane to plane,to be honest I find these seats lacking privacy.Your option will be bulk head seat A or K (based on Emirates 777).

put up wheel chair request at time of booking and PNR & E-ticket have WC_A prefix for it [ insist for it again at check-in counter if journey starts from any Pakistani airport ] anywhere else they ensure you get wheel chair unless passenger decline it,

Passengers with wheel chair assistance are entitled for bulkhead seats by default according to IATA ruling.

& across Atlantic flight planes have better seat configuration in coach, compared to flights operating for under 4 hour distance

Yes if you have a friend or relative who lives there and has business. He can arrange it. Other way is to have company in free zone and take virtual office which is mandatory. It is costly but you can also do business at same time. Free zone will sponsor your and family residence visas.

Is it possible that my brother working in Dubai can sponsor me a residence visa? when I don't need a job but just residence status so I can get driving license.

Yes he can. He will need to submit papers about his financial status, work, etc.

Tell me one thing about the free zones. Can you do business out of the free zone as well ? As in say I setup a free zone company, can this company now carry out business outside of the free zone territory ? Or am I restricted to that tiny free zone market for all my business operations.

I know they have restrictions, but don't understand how they enforce these restrictions or how strict they are....

Visit the websites of many free zones in UAE. Google it. They have detailed information.For starters Ajman, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah RAK free zones are better. I have visited them. You can conduct business with companies outside free zone after paying duties and taxes. You must maintain office in free zone. Different size of offices and warehouses available. Working desks also available with computer terminal, etc. Its not cheap. You must be financially strong and know the trade.

You can get residence by buying property worth 2 Million AED (or more).
2 Million AED = 57 Million PKR (5 crore 70 lacs)

Not sure if this still works though. I read it online some time back.

Yes, with a property of over a million AED one can get a residency with the renown builders only. But that's not an option for me.
