Can someone tell me what this tracking number for written in Pakistani passports?

tracking number is for reference of Immigration records with reference to passport number. sometimes it also corresponds to the QR code over smart CNIC

Just to update you on your concerns, I went to US and came back. Going again next month. Didn't face any issue anywhere at all, border security was really nice and didn't ask any questions, just stamped my passport and gave it to me. Although the security check guys at Amsterdam airport were bunch of a$$holes.

Trip was amazing, better than I thought and people were friendly. Nowhere I felt anything which people talk about like rudeness, disrespect or racism. I traveled to 4 states and 4 cities but faced no issue at all. People were respectful even the border security guys, even interacted with policemen to ask for direction and they were extremely friendly. Even in NYC one US marine helped to direct to the next step in getting the food checked out. Things are very mature in US and most of my bookings were online. Infrastructure is amazing in US. Flew through 4 airports and trains were convenient and cheap.

tell us do you still believe a common amayrekan is @$$ bothered about rest of the world. Why would you mention Atlanta airport specifically? anything special there?

the largest Airline hub over US Soil, safely i can say 24/7 it is awake, alive with people heading in different directions within & outside US

Last time I landed into JFK but next time it will be Atlanta Hartsfield–Jackson airport to land into. I hope I face no problem. And BTW the central security check at Amsterdam is called "Pre-Departure Clearance (PDC)" which is required for US bound flights and those two guys were so rude and getting too personal when questioning; they were Dutch not Americans.

PDC stations are managed by the locals of the country transit happens, under defined guide lines of the US Border & Customs Control. So if anything untoward take place over US soil by the arriving passenger the responsibility lands at the PDC staff as well. all PDC data is live over the satellite network. So relax and enjoy landing at the Atlanta ...did u missed movie The Terminal *ing Tom Hanks

As in if you are travelling to USA over Qatar Airways - it is Doha Airport, Etihaad = Abu Dhabi Airport, Cathy Pacific = HongKong Airport, Emirates = Dubai International,, Turkish = Istanbul , Lufthansa it is Frankfurt, etc etc PIA = PDC stop is in Ireland (am not sure of airport name, sorry its been 13 years i have not put step on PIA )

I found them very casual compared to what I have seen in UK. They would wear anything they would like to; may make no sense to anyone but it shows they are enjoying their lives the way they want to. Penn stations were full of beggars and they would even come inside fast food restaurants when you are eating to ask for change. Nobody really cares who you are and won't notice or care what you are doing. I found homeless people just like shown on media lying at the corners with all their stuff with them. Subway was bit confusing compared to Tube in London and the stations we simpler and functional. Food was great in US, nowhere I remember I had any bad taste of food. Nothing is cheap as I thought but the inflation is everywhere and even Pakistan has everything expensive so yeah things were great in US. If there is any country where I would love to settle down, it would be US.

I have a question: if I apply for Schengen visa through Italian consulate and they reject my visa then do they put any stamp on the passport indicating that the visa has been rejected?

Yes u need to fill a separate form for each applicant

No just one set of photocopy and ull carry original docs also but they will be returned and only photocopies will be submitted. Where u applying from?

Theres no interview. U only submit ur application along with copies of supporting docs and finally bio metrics. Thats it. Just keep all ur originals separate in case they ask for it.
