I had a bad experience when US visa officer did not even look at my documents and after 3 mintues he said no to me. Latter I never think to get US visa and went to other countries.

In my case the visa officer interviewed my wife for about 5 mins and dint ask a single question from me. At the end she said congratulations ur visa has been approved

I had a different experience in UK embassy as they have looked each and every document from me, get my interview and give me visa yet USA embassy did not even look at any of the document as everyone age 35 below were rejected yet over 55 everyone got visa.

For UK i applied for a 6 months visa and got the passports after a month. But yes UK demands hell of docs!

Yeh hell of documents I got my visa in 15 days and there was no problem at all.

My experience of UK visa is totally different. First time I got 6 months multiple visit visa. Submitted all docs. They didn't call for interview. Returned passport with visa stamped. Second time also same.

Third time I applied 5 year multiple visa and got it without interview again. Person at Gerrys delivery counter said "Sir, this is very strange? I've never seen a 5 year UK VISIT in Pakistani passport. You must be a special person"

The only bad part was fee paid. Around Rs. 78,000.

I have a plan to first go to UK and then Australia & EU after I will apply for UK 5 Years, as I already have 18 visa of different countries.

dear there is nothing to get surprise on it.. i have ten year UK visa. got it in 2010.. and there are many other who have 5 year and 10 year visas...
