Visit from karachi to skurdu in late october-2020

Dear All Gurus,

I am planing to visit Skurdu in Late October or early November-2020 with faimly of four persons.

My Plan is.

Karachi to Islamabad - Stay.
Islamabad to Chillas - Stay.
Chillas to Skurdu - Stay at Skurdu.
Visit Shangrilla Lakes, Soak Nala & Basho Valley - Stay.
Leaving Astore Via Deosai Plain - Stay at Astore
Visit Tarshing Valley - Leave for Passu - Stay.
Leave for karachi.

Kindly check it that is this plain is feasable ?

Keep in mind that Naran-Babusar road may be closed during that time, so, you will have to travel through KKH route

sardi ho g aur greenery nahi ho g. The right time to see these areas is between May-September. You will find greenery and weather will be pleasant. October November marks the start of harsh winter season. You may even find Snow in some upper areas. Astore deosai will not be accessible. Babusar will be closed. Tarishing will be probably having its first snow of winter

Main reason to travel those area in this time 1, Autum Season & chance of experience life snow failing.

Tariq bhai Shangrilla closes on 01 NOvember for winter season but you may visit the surrounding areas like kachura and Soak. Skarsu Deosai Astore Road will be blocked bcoz of snow
Tarishing might also be blocked.
It would be difficult to find transport (rental jeeps) at that time
The places you may visit easily will be Hunza , Nagar (some places). Skardu will be accesible with limited hotelling options and less facilities
