Visiting Northern Areas in 2018 Winters

I want to ask some information regarding winter tour 2018 to northern areas of Pakistan like
SWAT/MINGORA or GILGIT/HUNZA/KHUNJERAB Pass.
Pkease tell me that any these areas are easy accessible and safe in the end of the November 2018 without any stuck in the snowfall?
I want to travel by my own car.
All the Pak wheels travelers have a lot of travel experience in every season.
