thats coz when someone calls n says wats ur last price n i say its 9 lac the next sentence shud be from that guy sayin wat he wants to offer
I am not trying to start argument or anything (just saying because a lot of people here get offended very easily).
I know someone who is interested BUT the fact is one second you say you wont let it go for a penny less than 9lak then you say i am waiting for offers.
Isn't that contradictory?
As far as i can tell the price is not negotiable at all.
You are open to only one offer: 9lak.
