Safety features: yes vitz has more
Liana's engine is durable. How many have u built yourself or maintained for more than 5 years? I know. A friend, who knows this guy, whose father had a Liana faced some issues.
JDM: Yes Liana is JDM and that goes in it's favor...BUT what good is a Vitz with CNG when a family man has to load his kids on the luggage rack 
How many Liana's have you owned to date. Maybe the one you drove had alignment issues or had bad tire pressure (If you have ever driven one that is).
Your personal experience with Liana on CNG should not be a yard stick for all people. Might be an isolated incident. Please search my posts where I have provided simple solutions to people having issues with Liana's CNG SIS Kit.
Honda city's have always had a stiffer suspension even as compared to corolla's, Baleno's and Others, specially at the rear.
As far as I know, the City has had independent rear suspension for the past few generations.
If the vitz has a better drive because of the Auto tranny, then Liana Eminent also has auto tranny This argument is a little weak.
Because they are different classes and types of vehicles. Your argument would have held water if someone was comparing a Vitz with a local hatchback. Liana is a sedan and hence, has more boot space and interior room.
