Vitz is a better option in many ways but wud remain a hatchback at the end of the day.

Liana offers best features in its price Lxi variant is more of a value for money car, altho braking in the Rxi version isnt baad too.

To some people Lianas looks arent apealing but its okay a diggy wali gari, state of the art options with minimal pricing.

Vitz offers 2 airbags which no local car except for civic VTI ORIEL version offers.

So depends on your friends preferences.

I agree with everything you said except for the above two. These cars are NOT bad on CNG and city iDSI would not be an option in my eyes...why? because it is uncomfortable, road grip is inferior, build quality is bad and it is not fun to drive.

Vitz is definitely better then Liana.
Its has 2 airbags and has a very fuel economic engine!
While liana doesn't have 2 airbags and its engine is not that much durable and reliable!
And I haven't seen anything in liana except the ABS which assures you safety!
Last but not least Vitz is not locally made!
so VITZ is the better option!

I agree with everything you said except for the above two. These cars are NOT bad on CNG and city iDSI would not be an option in my eyes...why? because it is uncomfortable, road grip is inferior, build quality is bad and it is not fun to drive.

i dont wana argue about Liana and its CNG issue, i noe the ground realities have had both, sold it at 24k miles and spent more then that just on the CNG issue .

And about City, sirg i wasnt talking about ur point of view it should definetly differ, i was talking about my own prespective,

A honda city is not un-comfortable, please thats the only thing it has. and the shorter gear shift makes it fun to drive, altho being a 1.2 it doesnt gives as much response as a 1.3 Baleno/Liana or a Rolla but it sure is a gud car.

is baad defitly it is, but whn pulling it to extreme limits doing stuff that its isnt made for. If u use it for its meant (traveling from point a to point b) withing speed limits, it wont give u any road grip issue.

Even a Corolla sucks big time for its road grip,

Liana/Civic/Baleno have better road grips the fact being the independent rear suspension. and low height

A manual Tranny City runs better on CNG from the above 2 options.

@op, The driving pleasure of a vitz wont be avalible in a local car, mostly because Vitz is a auto tranny car.

Liana jst gives a bigger look thats it.

I prefer Vitz older models (Scp10) ones.1999-2002 were excellent.But 2003-Present are just not good.That's my personal experience.

I disagree, because at high speeds Liana tails out aswell as corolla!!
whereas, Civic(all of em) and baleno(2000 model 1.6Gti) don't!

@sami alvi, didnt get a chance to pull mine to its limits but, may because of the height it does that, but the rear suspension helps deal with it. nd Baleno it was only face lifted in 2002 wat hapend to its road grip aftr that??
