Sir
"i would really be obliged if you can provide me with a link or a source to these figures you provided...."
If you know anyone in PakSuzuki Motors, they will give you the LIANA production sales and complaint history figures.
I will not oblige you, you have to do your research first.
" you want to compare sedan family cars by having a run? sure it proves the maturity level"
Maturity level can also be judged by someone who tries to compare a Toyota World car with a Suzuki's locally assembled regional car which has a pathetic resale and market value, that cannot be sold even 5% of what Corolla sells in Pakistan, let alone the whole world.
Every family car is tested on skid pad in every civilized country, there is a clear distinction between a driver's family car or a mummy daddy car, otherwise people can buy Kei cars.
If someone is paying 2 million for a 1.8L car, it means that he wants the car to be driven.
I am not talking about street racing, but sensible high speed driving in a controlled environment.
"ahaan? seriously?
My question number one would be, when? for how long? and which model of liana did you own?"
you do not need to own a car to judge its merits, have you ever owned a 3 series, C class or Lancer Evo?
BTW, I have inspected LIANA very closely many times.
" you should not, and, you MUST NOT look at a liana if its standing against a vitz.. since you are a hatch back, under powered, girly car lover.. not a affordable, full option, fairly acceptable car's lover"
You should learn some lessons on gender discrimination and automotive designs, I have seen girls less then your age driving a Land Cruiser and Accord.
Suzuki's is known in the auto design world as having usually the most outdated and ugly duck designs apart from the SWIFT and newer SX4.
FYI, hatchback version is the most practical version worldwide in C segment, there is also a sedan version called Platz previously and Belta now, people prefer that sedan in Pakistan because they have to put their CNG cylinders in boot.
If you think Vitz is underpowered, you should not install CNG, secondly you can go for a 2nzfe manual, even still the thirst of power is their you can import a RS with 1NZFE 150PS with almost double the output of Liana or a fuel efficient 2ZRFE with equal power of ALTIS in a 200kg lighter car.
The very affordable Poor men's Liana will cost 1 Million after coming on the road, for the entry level 1.3 manual.
That "Full option" Liana does not have even decent speakers/radio or seat cover.
"The Liana was best known[1] for its appearances in the BBC's Top Gear's Star in a Reasonably-Priced Car segment, as the sedan model was used from its first show until the model's replacement by a Chevrolet Lacetti in the show's spring 2006 season.

plus if you are comparing a number of sales of another car in another country with something in some other country... ahaam ahaam....... i should not say more"
Do you judge car by BBC Top Gear, what if Top Gear says that the 7th Gen Civic was a flop, would that be your opinion too?
Aerio was a failed transition of Wagon R to Sedan, further it was discontinued in 2006 but is still available in our pure country, as we are also forced to buy a 21 year old Cultus, 12 years old Alto, 26 years old Mehran design models.
I am taking Pakistan sales figures of Life In A New Age.
Note: it takes a lot of pain to comment on facts rather then on brand loyalty.
