Thanks Hassan, I will try to source it from sultan ka khu and see how it goes. I am not chasing huge number like 12+. But a decent 8 to 10 should be good. I totally agree to the yellow paint job and will get them updated, getting small things fixed before getting to them.

Brought the car back to a daily driver, adding few things weekly to it to make it reliable and daily driver.

Apparently short ram cone shaped air filters are supposed to be better flowing than OE designers who made the airbox that actually has cold air

That cone is sucking blazing hot air I can guarantee that.

Dont fully rely on forums, use the factory service manual and a good scan tool and see whats the issue, is the ecu compensating too much, Engines like the 2zz are torqueless and require the driver to almost always spin them up a lot to get any good use from them.

We've had good hands over these performance engines Never ever use this type of maf meter or housing... Always use genuine maf housing for Toyota afm because improper protrusion of af sensor destroys afr infact it drops the performance aswell.

First it needs afm housing, which you can only get in saddar on top of madina market in mithu khan, which is also a chance... As 2zz uses thicker intake pipe size.

Second thing is when it looses compression to 130-140's economy drops slightly. So after hooking good scantool the live values need to be overlooked. And the illiterate efi goons don't have any clue of live values.

Second thing which I'm sure is 2zzge a/t ecu would have been used with this.

So start with compression, don't get anything done on wiring before gathering any live values, compression test results...

Yeah 2zz ge intake tube is a bit wider than normal to silence the stupid intake roar

AOA, so due to mostly road blocks I haven't had the chance to get the car tested or get anything. But I ordered a OBD2 Bluetooth device but it fails to connect to ECU, shows paired an all but no data comes through. Tried different apps like Torque pro and all.

So I am guessing the ECU is not properly connected with the OBD port. I am not even sure how that one mechanic was able to connect his device and show me reading or it could be just be the OBD2 scanner I got, I am gonna test it on a different car to compare the results.

I was thinking about a Swap, what do you guys think 1nz/2nz?

Obd2 protocols are not matching.
You might need to add custom extension.
Why you want to swap 2zzge out though?

Well mostly I want to make a daily out of it. Something that I can take anywhere and don't have to look at my pocket every time.

2zz is fun to drive but I don't do drags or push the car that much. I am in love with overall car so no plans to sell the car anytime soon so wanna make it more reliable that I can take every where and enjoy the car overall.

But before I even go towards a swap I will exhaust every option available like getting the wiring fixed and adding a Filter box to this engine. I know Sameer brother shared details of below wiring person so probably will give him a try. Plan is to get this stuff done over next weekend. InshAllah.

These cheap elms don't get connected... You need to use
Motorobd2, hobdrive to connect on cheap elm...
So u need to find proper professional scan tool.

And yes you can swap 1nzfe..
It would cost you approx 200k + easily.

Thanks Dani, I will test it out for few weeks after getting the intake setup and then we can patch up and discuss in detail. I have a buyer for the 2zz who is offering to give 150K for it so lets see.

AOA everyone. So things are improving now, I am at around 9.5kmpl and that is with few pulls and rest normal driving. Let see what future holds. Still didn't get the air box as air box is not the issue its the pipe that goes from Airbox to throttle body. Searched in Saddar RWP but no luck yet.
