Vitz 1sz-fe engine starting problem due to dead battery

engine starting issue.

Battery Voltage

Please guide is it due to battery or something else. i guess its the sound of starter when key is in on position. also it reset ecu.

im sure battery is less than 12V but can please tell why starter is producing such sound and also resetting the ecu? anything wrong with alternator, or wiring etc.?
