Vitz 2003 bad fuel average

My vitz is giving about 5-6 km/l. No smoke. One of the mechanic told me to change catalytic conv that will cost u about 25k. Should i go for that ? Scan result attached

Check MAF Sensor and Air Filter.
Check condition of ATF.
Check condition of Spark Plugs.
radiator fan fan should be automatic.
Use 5w30 engine oil.

For CC use PROFI‑CAR CAT CLEANER

Try tuning first. Then clean MAF sensor. Use right grade oil. Clean spark plugs. Dont replace cat converter. Rather, clean it.

For best fuel efficiency use the following spark plugs only (engine 1sz-fe).
