Vitz 2003 Engine Replacement issue

Salam

I own a Vitz 2003 with 1000cc 1SZ-FE engine. The car is 90% driven on CNG and is currently clocked at 158000 KM on ODO. Engine is now causing a lot of issues. Overheating, coil issues, oil leakage from head and transmission is also not in good condition. So instead of spending on repairs, i m planning to replace the engine. Please guide me from where to purchase the engine in Karachi. Should i again go for 1SZ-FE or should i go for 2NZ-FE(1300cc) or 1KR-FE(1000cc). Ill be getting rid of CNG so is it possible to install CVT transmission in my car or should i stick to the conventional one. Please also quote the estimated prices for the engine with/without transmission.

All the issues you have stated none looks like of a bad engine.

Some electrical issues due to cng alterations. And some seal leakages

Still I've you wanto replace keep it stock. Don't change the engine model

Yes there is no oil reduction or white smoke. Overheating is the real issue. I have done everything from my side but still it overheats .. Even the fan is recently switched to direct mode (i know its a bad thing) but still it overheats. We were on our way to Kund Malir and car gave up on half the journey. We had to tow it back to Karachi.

I have recently changed my platz engine from 1SZ (1000cc) to 2 SZ (1300cc). I changed only the assembly. Now it feels very powerful and has quite good acceleration. I also had the issue of over heating. Now it is solved.

I would recommend to switch from 1000 to 1300. 1000 is such a migraine
