When I put my car in D mode , it starts jerking and agitation in acceleration. Meanwhile I also hear bearing sound from engine compartment. I recently changed CVT fluid with Toyota CVT and fuel pump.
There is no engine check code on dashboard.
Brother vitz 2003 1st gen does not have CVT in it. It has normal AT transmission. You poured wrong oil in it, it needs toyota ATF T-4.
Janab , its K210 CVT Transmission. I am 100% sure its CVT.

Its 1300cc, with CVT dipstick too. I searched via vin number to confirm gearbox janab.
Yes it's a CVT comes in 1.3L 2003-4 vitz. It has D & B gears instead of 2 & L am I correct?As you also changed the fuel pump check that it can be the culprit for jerks.
Still it has jerk. I dont know what are the causes. Today I also noticed small leak of transmission pan.
Check fuel filter and fuel pump again.Check plugs and coils as well

You are facing a low Fluid Pressure In transmission GET the Valve Body assy serviced along with complete CVT flush.
I recently changed CVT fluid though no much difference.
What are the causes of low Fluid Pressure in transmission by the way?

Scan ur car through obsd2 scanner. Flush ATF nd clean atf filter or in case of CVT change it..... Use orginal toyota fluids, share pic of condition of transmission oil.
