Vitz 2004 making squeak noises still after installing genuine disc pads

Aoa. I have installed new genuine front disc pads in Vitz 2004 model after even getting the rotors grinded/pressed by kharadiye wala. I drove around 30 to 40km and all of a sudden the brakes are making squeaky noises. Any suggestion that what the problem might be?

W.S. Although highly unlikely, but please check "mechanic ney pads kahein ultay na install kar diay hoon" (i.e. inside out).

go back to the shop ask the guy to remove pads and spray silicon spray over the shims holding the pads against piston in clipper. this is basic mistake done by every shop not lubricating the shims with silicon to kill the squeeking sound

They don't recognize the silicone spray. Instead they will apply alooo wali greese into it with his fingooor
