Vitz 2005 1KR-FE Adventures continue, new noise, can anyone tell what it is?

I am quite used to knocking sound from 1KR-FE but this this time the noise is new.

It's extremely fine rattling, as if you put some coins in a bottle and shake them. It only comes when accelerating or in reverse and disappears after few moments and comes again when accelerating but not while idling and the location is driver's side near the top of engine towards throttle body, I cleaned the PCV valve which usually rattles but the spring is fine inside.

I had the exhaust and heat shield checked already, they are fine.

Informally, it sound like "kirrrrrrr", different from knocking sound like "kar kar kar".

Get its water body checked. May be it's due to that.

I am doubtful about Timing Chain Tensioner too. Do you know how much it costs to replace?

I have heard the water pump needs to be changed at 100K on this model.

There is an old saying; "Never ask the village barber if you need a haircut."

So asking a mechanic if I need specific part to be checked or replaced, his head will nod in yes with visible teeth under his grin. Well, doesn't hurt as long as I don't give him hints. Let's see.

I shared my personal experience with you. I was also having same issue in my car rattling noise so it was due to water body. Once the water body was replaced the noise ended

5W-30 or 5W-40, Kixx or whatever good quality available at the time of change.

5w30 or 10w30 should be used.
And mostly people use 20w50 which is wrong.
