Vitz 2005 - abs indicator

Hi.
I got vitz 2005 a month earlier. Everything is ok, but i have notices when i switch on, i dont see ABS indicator. What is the problem?
Also i put new speakers, and the technician attached wired with the tape.

hey may i know whats the relationship of brake Lights with ABS Module ??

i'm facing the same problem & i think one of my brake light is fuse, don't worry i will replace it soon but it doesn't looks like it gonna solve the ABS problem,

to varify it removed the ABS Fuse to see the ABS light but still there is no light, i think someone had removed the ABS light wires from ABS Computer in JAPAN in order to hide ABS problems as its expensive to repair. . .

simply check ur abs by braking hard and trying to cut the steering! if ur wheels lock up that means there is a problem wit ur abs! or try driving on a road with bajri on it and try braking u shud hear THAG THAG THAG sounds frm the brakes that means abs is working!

i had the issue in my jap alto wher my abs was not working , reset the ecu but didn`t work , there was a check engine light too so the auto electrician adviced me to check the car on computer , when the car was diagnosed , i was surprised when the error was , check brake blubs , pressed the brake bulbs n both were fused , got new bulb n problem was solved immediately after that

When you apply your brakes, does the brake pedal feel really really soft? Do you find the vehicle difficult to stop?

i have noticed, abs light gets on when i switch on sometimes, and sometimes not
