I have a Toyota Vitz 2006 model, of which the vent selector knob got stuck (it wasn't properly rotating or changing the vent). I opened the back side of the main assembly and saw that the plastic disc that rotates to change the vent has got stuck. I disassembled that part which made the part that goes inside the rotator broke down.
The back side of the part shown in the attached picture. My question is, how can I change it and how much will it cost me? Also, any reliable person to handle such work? Thank you in advance.
