I have a 2007 Vitz (used by a driver) for which I have tried various options over the years:
- Replaced it with a genuine Corolla compressor along with other parts, but the experience was not good. I had to replace it after a year.
- Replaced it with a Duet compressor, which lasted two years before needing replacement.
- Last year, I replaced it with a kabuli compressor, which failed after just a few days. Although the mechanic initially refused, I had to use shitty tactics to get him to replace both the condenser and compressor. However, it still failed, resulting in a complete waste of time and money.
The main issue is that there is no warranty on anything. I am wondering if it is possible to find a reliable mechanic in Faisalabad who provides a working assurance and warranty. Additionally, would it be feasible for the mechanic to source a full set of original components from the same Vitz from Bilal Ganj or similar market? Is it possible at all.
