Vitz 2011 Engine vibration

I have vitz 2011 1000 cc. After complete tuning there is lots of vibration when the car in Parking mode. Need opinion, please.

first of all dignose your spark plugs, throttle body, and fuel filter also
inspect these
and after that check your vehicles engine mountings

If vibration was not before throttle body clean(aka tunning) then first drive your car around 20-30 minutes at some highway at high speed/rpm, If vibration still exists, then you need to visit your mechanic for inspection

Check for IAC sensor it must be freely movement it’s mechanical air control may need service or adjustment bit clock or anti-clockwise where engine get smooth , rpm should be in between 700 to 850

After complete tuning or ECU reset, Ikr-fe engines, especially Vitz 2011 models do experience some vibration initially. It should normally go away after about 20-50km drive (more-less). If not, then you should look into other measures mentioned in the answers.
