VITZ 2012 how to check/determine that O2 Sensor is bad

By going through all the steps except Engine Flush, have noticed exceptional positive impact on performance and the fuel consumption has been touching to 9 KM from 6 KM(Hi Octane).

But 9 KM is not good enough, and also still see black deposits coming out from silencer if you touch the silencer.

What should I do now? what about O2 replacement even if it is not generating any code?

Since how long you have done Wheel Alignment?

Do wheel alignment if not done and then again see the results.

Also carry out engine flush. But use only Liquimoly engine flush, otherwise no use.

I hope you have replaced PCV valve, please confirm.

Yes, Ultrasonic fuel injector cleaning from Shamim Autos.
Just want to know if there is any relation of black deposit at the end of silencer with engine flush?
