Vitz 2013 - Need fluid recomendations

Hi I just got Vitz 2013, total driven 45K. Kindly recommend the following fluid for it

1. CVT Oil
2. Engine Oil ( Previous Owner was using Toyota Tickron 10-40 )
3. Coolant ( When to change it )

1- Toyota CVTF
3- At 100,000 kms. Just top up with coolant if the level is low for now.

Shell 10W40

Coolant
Any good coolant would do.

By the way why do you want to change CVT fluid?

There is no need to change cvt fluid..of mileage is genuine. Just get it inspected for condition... same is case for coolant. But coolant has certain years of life... senior can comment..if that life is passed then u need to change it.. engine oil should be 5w20 or 10w30...Toyota has patron plus.. blue sticker wala..

Isn't 10-40 a heavy oil for vitz?

Milage is original it was imported with 30k odo meter and it has been run in PK 15K more so the first owner did not change cvt or coolant he just started using Toyota tikron 10-40 oil in it.

1- Yesterday I talked to a oil dealer he said Toyota 5-50 is officially available in PK where as 5-20/30 is smuggled one!?

2- Secondly should I start using high octane fuel only for this model of vitz?

3- What is the life of CVT oil, isn't it around 50K km?

4- Similarly there would be life of coolant as well?

5- Could anyone share English manual of Vitz 3rd generation?

1) Use Toyota 10-40
2) No need to change CVT unless you're facing any gear issues. Forget about the mileage.
3) Put Toyota coolant and change it art an year.
