Hi, I am using Vitz 2014 model for three years. I drove it around 60,000 KM myself (inc khunjerab to Karachi). It feels hard on jumps and uneven surfaces. Someone told me to change the shocks but when I visited a mechanic in i8 Islamabad, he said shocks are okay and should not be replaced unless they leak. I am not sure what to do now. Should I change shocks, spring,..anything? I am not expert in these things. Toyota ISB don't deal in shocks and suspension.
Any idea what I can do or how to check if I should be replacing them or not? Do you know any expert mechanic shop in ISB/RWP?
