Vitz 2015 engine starting problem

Salam,
I have vitz 2015 spider shape having milage of around 32000 kms. I am facing an issue that once i switch off engine and try to start car after 2 to 3 mins engine doesnt get started, and it seems like low battery issue... but when i wait for 10 to 15 mins & and try to start engine, it gets started within no time... please give your valueable advices as i m new to jdm cars, furthermore cvt gear shifting got very hard after occuring this issue...

What is the condition of battery?

I was checked water level of battery, it was at low side so filled it but issue occured again.

Get it's gravity checked.
