Vitz 2016 Stiff/Tight Steering wheel

Hi Guys,
I have a vitz 2016and done only 25000Km. Time to time my steering wheel get hard and suddenly it goes off. When car gets warm and exposed to direct sunlight for longtime issue comes frequently.
Some drag sound is coming when going through a bump too. Any experience and solutions are appreciated.

I am not sure but did you check the power steering fuse?

I checked that too. I feel this could be due to bad strut mount. Will update you.

Jammed balljoints can also cause this issue if there is no electric issue present inspect the front suspension
