My Toyota Vitz 2018 is not giving me good fuel average. I am using 0w20 oil full synthetic. Drive is fine. Just fuel average issue. What should I do?

In Pakistan, engine tuning means maintenance stuff, like engine oil and filters change, throttle body cleaning, inspecting spark plugs, wheels, brakes n fluid, nut bolts, etc etc all over the car.
You should all that evey 4000-5000 kms
