I saw a vitz today , the problem was that auto gear shifts late I think from speeds 65-70 it should shift but it does shift at 80-85 What might be the issue.
does it shift 1st to 2nd gear at 65km or 2nd to 3rd at 65km go onto vitz owners club forum
My Vitz 2000 has following gears:
P (parking)R (reverse)N (neutral)D (drive)2 ??L ??
What does 2 and L mean n when to use them??
L=1st gear2=2nd gear
used on slops or hilly areas
Hello guys, i have 84K driven auto trasnmission 2005 vitz.... i m sorry i dont know where to post this ... please guide me.. today all of a sudden issue occured, when i go from N to D , it tooks some secs in shifting.. and then later on it wouldnt go up above 1st gear stuck on 20km/hr ... on S it went upto 40km/hr... Reverse worked fine....... i will go to toyota walton lahore tomorrow.. gear oil change is Due... last was done on 40K.... any ideas whats wrong
hwz it possible tht frst gear goes at 65km????i fink its 2nd to 3rd.
@poster drive it with a lite foot,i fink it'l shift earlier.
use your throttle pedal to shift quickly, soft press release, hard press release, press+release+keep pressed = kick-in
ride a vespa auto rickshaw and see how they shift, auto transmission vehicle shall be driven with throttle same way
