Vitz engine roughness and vibrations

Aoa all
I have vitz 2011 1.0. I have purchased it. On idle in parking, Drive or NEUTRAL, its engine feels like rough running and makes the complete car vibrate. Goes away once car accelerates. Will engine tuning and may b spark plugs change solve the problem???
I am planning on getting the engine tunning done and throttle body serviced alongwith spark plugs change if req.....comments of vitz users are requested on this. Also what knd of spark plugs are recommended for vitz of this model....????

AOA - i have forgot to turn off the parking lights resulted the battery to lost all the power. when i found it this evening.
i got my car jumped start , which went easily.however now when i put my car on N and getting slow on D on any signal and stuff the engine starts vibrating resulting the whole car to be throbbing. however asap i press a little accelerator pedal, the vibration stops. also there is no vibration while i m driving. the problem occurs only when i stop my car with engine stars. kindly assist. thanks you

Most probably your ecu restarted and forgot clutch calibration
